Lara Tigler, MD — Author of You’re Saved
An Impossible Situation: Oppenheimer in Time
A thrilling adventure of God-ordained time travel that has a down-to-earth woman from Kansas clinging to her traditional values and Christian faith, while at the same time being open to and incorporating the Hindu religion into her experience and beliefs, as she spans space, time, and dimensions.
Walking to her neighborhood playground, young Lara sees in the pavement an intriguing object glinting in the sunlight. Ever curious, she bends down for a closer look and picks it up. Next thing she knows, she finds herself in her same neighborhood - but it's not the 1970s. It’s the 1910s.

Excerpts from Lara’s first book, You’re Saved —
“I had the same feeling when my mother was speaking to me as when I had had that vision of the heavenly man, whoever he might be, and I could not help thinking that she was channeling him for me somehow. She was acting as a conduit to remind me that I needed to go. It was time. I had to take that leap of Faith. I had to go. My mother left the room like a warm breeze meanders through a park in spring. She was like a promise of fruition and good things to come. She left me, like a vision of loveliness, but the promise remained.
•
One day I found myself in the upstairs hallway. My grief was like a sinking cloud. I saw a vision; down and to my left I saw that my feet were very near a tremendous precipice. I saw that there was an immediate escape to my pain. All I had to do was take the leap down into that infinitely dark abyss; the same leap that my husband had taken, down (and down and down) into the darkness; a never ending leap into torment.
But I dared not move a millimeter. I had the spiritual presence of mind to pause and think about the repercussions of such a leap."
